Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-refundable refunds (where applicable)
In some cases, we may offer refunds without the customer having to return the item. This may apply if:
- The cost of the return exceeds the value of the item.
- The item is not eligible for return but a refund is considered appropriate.
- There are exceptional circumstances that justify this measure.
If this applies to you, you'll receive a notification from us confirming the refund and explaining why the item doesn't need to be returned. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@drakosprime.com .
We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, nor do we accept gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There's often some processing time before you see a refund.

Items on sale
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, it's recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@drakosprime.com and send your item to:

However, to make the process easier, we recommend simply purchasing the same item again once the refund is reflected in your bank account.
